Senior Bender

1. Setting-up on the NC bending machine.
2. Monitor output completion in welding section as per scheduling in order to fulfill customer’s delivery plan.
3. Monitoring on production running condition.
4. To assist NPD Engineer on the part development.
5. Provide support to customer and control quality enquiry.
6. Training and monitoring Bender and new OPERATOR on the job.
7. Instruct the operator to use machine and teach machine safety training.
8. Review on the daily report for NC bending machine.
9. Review on the PM schedule for NC blending machine.
10. Keep and well maintain bending tooling and equipment.
11. To diligently identify risks and report to HOD. Employee shall comply with all risk treatments.
12. 5S system implementation.
13. Other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
