The Senior Brand Executive (eCom) role is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of our brand campaigns process from start to finish, including overseeing the planning, execution, and operational transition of all marketing campaigns involving brands under RPG's portfolio. The Senior Brand Executive orchestrates project communication, consolidates resources based on needs, drives solutions to unique integration requirements and manages timelines. This role will help us scale the team with the company. Other responsibilities include:-Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for integration activities between all departments (marketing, creatives and operations), ensuring succinct communication, unified efforts, and clarity around objectives.-Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products including: price optimisation, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative, changing package dimensions, subscribe and save, removing unprofitable products and more.-Proactively catch issues before they are problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape etc).-Coordinate with our Customer Happiness Manager and overseas customer service team to ensure we are providing a world class customer experience for your product portfolio.-Track deadlines, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure continuous progress in the acquisition and migration processes.-Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability across the relevant internal teams involved in all the campaigns/projects of each individual brand under RPG's portfolio.-Day-to-day tasks include setting up the data room, coordinating kick off meetings, managing logistics, and coordinating follow up activities.-Anticipate changes and bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical and operational constraints.-Proactively manage changes in project/campaign scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
-Skilled in MS Project (or comparable software) and in-depth knowledge of new product development lifecycle -Abstractly creative; can leverage this skill to provide input on challenges in the process. -Ability to influence others by maintaining open channels of communication, fostering teamwork, and building relationships with cross-functional teams -Ability to understand complex issues from various sources, while finding simple solutions -Effective planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, negotiate, and problem solve -Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and quickly adapt to changes in priorities -Comfortable in working in a complex, ambiguous, ever-changing environment -Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly -Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office, including e-mail, word and excel
