Position Purpose The Senior Business Support Executive plays a pivotal role in strengthening our support functions to better assist our Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams. This position is responsible for providing strategic support, managing administrative tasks, and optimizing processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. By ensuring seamless coordination and communication, the Senior Business Support Executive enables our teams to focus on driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Major Tasks & Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams, including A&P claims management, A&P recovery arrangements, and correspondence. Monitor accounts receivable (AR) collections and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment. Resolve customer payment issues and discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner. Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders. Manage documentation, files, and records to ensure accessibility and organization. Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve business support processes. Assist in project management activities, including tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address support needs and optimize workflows. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services. Mentor and guide junior support staff to ensure a high level of performance and productivity. Work Relations The Senior Business Support Executive will work closely with the following teams and individuals : Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams to understand support needs and provide assistance. The Management to align support initiatives with overall organizational goals. Cross-functional teams to collaborate on projects and initiatives. External stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to facilitate communication and coordination. Qualifications : Bachelor & degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Experience in project management and process optimization is desirable. A proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
