Senior Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a driven individual who has experience in the advertising, wines and spirit industry, who is an excellent team player to service existing local and regional accounts. Your role is to build and maintain existing relationship and loyalty with the client. You will be responsible for planning, strategizing, managing and the clients promotional campaigns and projects.?

Roles Responsibilities:
Acts as the bridge between client and organization?
Responsible for the success of client's promotional campaign
Establish and maintain great customer relationship with new and existing customers
Generate sales reports, sales analysis, forecast and sales projection
Perform market research, proposal writing, and presentations
Making sure that your projects have no issues/problems and the ability to solve it if there is
Taking part in creative brainstorming and solutions with the creative and sourcing team
Responsible for contact/call reports, status reports, creative and job briefs and any other client administrative support as needed
You are also required to acquire new accounts from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree, in any field
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in FMCG, AP or Wines and Spirits Industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrable interpersonal and negotiation skill and strong presentation capability
Excellent in devising effective sales strategies and techniques
Driven and hungry for success
