This role sits within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business. As part of the Digital Customer Team, you will leverage insight-driven strategies and advanced technology solutions to energize sales and service operations for digitally-powered growth and enhance our client’s customer relationships with immersive experiences powered by leading digital arts. Eighty percent of the customer moments that make up their brand happen in the sales and service experience. We not only help our clients to make those memories for their customers, but we integrate their whole business around those moments—whether it’s a trip into their supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment, or advancing the customer mindset of their employees and partners.
You will:
- Develop, test and implement new software programs
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
- Design and update software database. This includes, but is not limited to Software Applications, Web Sites, Data Communication Processes, User Interfaces
- Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization
- Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues
- Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve a resolution to outstanding problems or issues
- Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents
- Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers
- Be part of a community focusing on Agile delivery and principles
- Collaborating with the development team and other staff to set specifications for new applications
Other relevant tasks:
- Provide subject-matter expertise on React to ensure successful delivery
- Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React framework
- Working with the rest of the development team to develop front end API to ensure seamless integration of application
- Manage a DevOps pipeline for software development, including the full Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) process by using Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, orchestration and
- Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows
- Working with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Design Engineers, Java Software Engineers (Back-End), Test Engineers, and Infrastructure Engineers to ensure features are delivered to a high standard.

If you are someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Frontend React Development
- Previous experience working as a React.js Developer
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages
- The knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux
- Experience in the Banking and manufacturing industry will be a plus
- Experience with user interface design
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest
- Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good project management skills
- Willingness to learn new software or application
