Responsibilities Conceptualize, create, and produce engaging video content that showcases our brand, products, and services. Stay up-to-date with market trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maximize engagement and reach. Collaborate with other members of the social media team to develop cross-platform content strategies. Use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro to edit and enhance videos. Write creative and compelling video captions that capture our brand's voice and tone. Plan and execute content shoots, including scouting locations, coordinating talent, and managing equipment. Monitor and analyze social media analytics to assess the effectiveness of our content and make adjustments as needed. Engage with our social media audience by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to the overall social media strategy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, film, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in video production, social media marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro. Strong understanding of market trends, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly creative with the ability to develop engaging video content. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management and organizational skills.
