Responsibilities: To review calculation of quantities or taking-off for cost analysis, quotation, or tender purpose. To check of site budget. To check of monthly Budget Summary Report. To check of subcontractors' progress claims. To check of progress claims to customers. To check of variation orders and final accounts to customers. To check of variation orders and final accounts to subcontractors and suppliers. To liaise with project team and design team for costing matter. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Total Management Systems. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, With 5 years' working experience in building construction as main contractor would be added advantage. Able to lead and work with minimum supervision. Possess good communication and writing. Strong command of English & computer literate.
