In your role as a Digital Marketing Specialist within the retention team, your primary responsibility is to enhance the overall experience and satisfaction of all users. Job Responsibilities: Develop retention strategies/loyalty program to attract, retain, and expand user loyalty. Utilize data analytics tools to track user behaviour, identify trends and develop data-driven retention strategies. Collect and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement and take proactive steps to address concerns. Ensure users are well-informed on latest or new products launches. Proficient in budget management and formulating proposals for user retention initiatives. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.
