Job: Senior eCommerce Content Team Lead Responsibilities: Perform product listings in the marketplaces through our Multi-Channel Commerce Platform. Maintenance of multiple corporate websites with integrated e-commerce stores along with various e-commerce-based web projects. Support e-commerce and marketing strategies, as well as deliver, support, and troubleshoot complex e-commerce and facilitate content management and implementation. Work together with the Design team and Demand Generation to produce rich media and content. Perform some copywriting and writing for Search Engine Optimization. Responsible for displaying our brands' products and prices in the most timely, accurate, saleable, and attractive way. Perform content and price checks and audits of brands' products on the marketplaces to ensure best-in-class content presentation. Work closely with the Merchandising team and Demand generation team to ensure the timely creation of any required content necessary to support online strategy. Stay current with e-commerce industry trends and incorporate current and new techniques into our digital commerce strategies. May be involved in e-commerce special projects. Travel overseas for work/assignments as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor/Head of Department. Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time. Requirements: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a product executive or product specialist, or working in the e-commerce field. The ability to work well in a team, showing excellent team spirit and strong organizational skills are essential. Able to work independently, and have good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing market conditions.
