Job description
In your new role you will:
- As system owner and technical expert in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) as well as cleanroom system to support the business operation and business growth.
- Responsible to HVAC & Cleanroom System capacity planning and system upgrading strategy to ensure uninterrupted and cost effective services to support site core business.
- Establish investment justification / proposal to management and ensure timely investment.
- As Site focal person in HVAC and cleanroom system who provides technical support to:- • Site - project team and O&M team
• Global – technical exchange and benchmark
- Ensure HVAC and Cleanroom system installed are meeting segment / business needs and local statutory requirement.
- Drive and define operation and maintenance strategy to support the business operation and business growth.
- Define procurement specification and scope of work to support the site and business needs and growth. Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management / services / engineering.
- Good understanding inbusiness process flow for Facility Management, especially in operation and maintenance process for semiconductor factory.
- Working knowledge and experience of HVAC and cleanroom design standards, codes and specifications, permitting processes and requirements.
- Knowledge in working principle of other infrastructure system such as electrical, mechanical, cleanroom and building automation.
- Infrastructure system acceptance & testing knowledge (i.e. testing & commissioning, buy-off, change management, etc.).
- Knowledge in demonstrating and performing risk assessment of process, equipment and new design by FMECA/FMEA.
