Job Description Machine Maintenance & Support: Manage and maintain front-line machinery such as Mounters, Dicers, Die bonders, and Wire bonders, providing critical troubleshooting support and ensuring smooth operations during significant downtimes. Operational Efficiency: Constantly monitor and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to ensure peak performance and identify potential improvements. Project Leadership: The project aims to enhance machinery performance and stability through effective problem-solving methodologies, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives and yield tangible benefits. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the production, process, and PC departments to implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program that minimizes disruptions and maximizes machine reliability. Qualifications Educational Background: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Semiconductor Technology. Experience: We welcome candidates with 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates, emphasizing maturity, initiative, and excellent time management. Technical and Analytical Skills: Capable of leading technical teams, mentoring technicians, and employing analytical tools like MECE for process enhancement. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with high-precision machinery and software such as Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, and Spotfire is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong aptitude for teamwork, negotiation, and problem-solving. Experience with ISO 9001:2015 is a plus. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be an effective listener and open to diverse perspectives.
