Provide 2nd level support on Production Data Warehouse (PDWH) for Backend / Frontend DWH, Global PDWH, Production Data Marts, iPRISM Operations globally.In your new role you will:Define, design, build and enhance business intelligence solutions.Provide 2nd level support on Production Data Warehouse (PDWH) for Backend / Frontend DWH, Global PDWH, Production Data Marts, iPRISM Operations globally. Provide operational support for production data warehousing & BIA solutions in manufacturing domain.Ensure the Local/Global Production Data Warehouse are running in a stable and high performance level as per SLA.Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations support area ( automation of monitoring and internal controls) and control costs as per budget.
