In your new role you will: Unit Process Engineer 1) Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process. 2) Work as a team between Manufacturing/ MNT/ UPE/ LBS/ Technology/Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions. 3) Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow. 4) Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management. 5) Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools. 6) Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP). 7) Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects. You are best equipped for this task if you have: 1) 4 year technical degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas). 2) Approximately 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, but generally no prior job experience required. 3) Good understanding of principles and concepts in own technical area based on extensive training. 4) Evaluates situations with some level of complexity using information. 5) Increasing ability to identify and resolves problems. 6) Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact withall levels of employees. 7) Ability to interact primarily within own team with focus on exchange of technical information.
