In your new role you will: Support PCM/Inline CPK, DD and quality improvement within the scope of technology ownership Ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard (Lot assessment/FMEA) New product releases, production ramp and technology transfers Owner of technology process routes Lead/Support PCM/Inline , DD and quality improvement programs PCM to functional correlation Lots' assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon's quality and reliability standard Process route creation/release and maintenance Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE foroptimization of product performance Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line incase of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift Support new product releases and production tool releases Support technology transfer / development projects Lead/support Technology Synchronization Support technology FMEA updates, PCRB releases and MRB risk assessment You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/MaterialScience/Chemistry Minimum 1-2 Year of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred, BE experience with relevant qualifications can be considered with longer working experience A strong background in semiconductor physics and experience with Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) would be highly appreciated. Familiar with advanced statistical analysis tools. Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good team player.
