JOB PURPOSETo assist Security Manager in day-to-day function of the Security Investigation from preparing investigation paper, conducting investigation, interviewing suspect and witness, producing investigation paper, provide suggestion for enhancement and follow up on the initiatives. Also responsible to plan and conduct surveillance and intelligence activities. Also take charge in the admin process of e-Pass, temporary pass, e-GGP, audit and others.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESTo lead investigation team in conducting an efficient, effective and accurate investigation process in accordance with the standard set by the Security Department. Conduct covert operation and intelligence to assist in the investigation of security related incidents, malpractice and misconduct.To monitor administrative process of e-Pass, e-GGP, Temporary Pass, Daily Pass, U-turn Pass.Establish close networks and relationship with relevant government agencies and other external/internal contact to obtain credible intelligence/information in supporting the department's functions.To ensure all personnel under supervision carry duties as specified for investigation and admin. To take remedial or immediate action if necessary.To assist MFSO in complying with all audit matters including PDRM, MISC, ISPS requirement as stated in Marine Facility Security Plan/Assessment Document.To prepare monthly security reports on security investigation and admin activities.To plan and conduct related competency training/refresher course for both investigation and admin staff.To lead and conduct crime prevention awareness campaign including email blast, poster, banner, talks with internally/externally parties.To prepare and maintain work procedure and to be amended if deemed necessary.To maintain personal integrity and confidentiality of all information obtained, at all times, whether written, verbal or by any other means.REQUIREMENTDegree/Master Degree in Investigation/Forensic/LawBachelor's Degree, preferably in Law, Security/System ManagementMaster's Degree in Forensic Science, Criminology, Economic Crime Management or MBA is an added advantage.Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience with 5-8years of working experience in security services/industry, experience in maritime or oil& gas industry is an added advantage.Minimum 1-2 years specific experience in corporate security, security operations and security crisis management or;Service experience i.e. Armed Forces minimum rank Lieutenant or RMP Inspector or above.
