About The Job SENIOR EXECUTIVE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTPrimary Position ObjectiveTo work together with the management of Commercial and Business Development towards meeting yearly budget and goals. Plan and develop marketing strategies in attracting new and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction on the services offered, departmental targets are achieved and complying with company policy.Functional ManagementServicing key customers to ensure customer satisfaction & retention.Research & development on key customer targets and potential.Assist in other business development activities.QualificationsDegree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration and Economics.ExperienceMinimum 5 years in Marketing, Shipping and Logistics Industry and environment.SkillsExcellent command of English & Malay.Excellent writing skills.Working knowledge of IT.Dynamic and innovative thinking are required.Responsible for executing tactical marketing strategies and identifying new business.Opportunities to achieve the company targeted revenue targets.
