To provide efficient support in all administration functions while maintaining confidentiality at all times including documentations, data entry, reports, stock monitoring, delivery arrangement etc.To prepare project costing, quotation etcTo handle customer complaints etcTo perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Job RequirementsAt least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.At least 5 years of related working experience i.e in Administration/Sales/Customer Service.Resourceful with multitasking ability and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Possess drive, initiative and work commitment.Have a good command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English.Computer literate i.e Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, e-mail etc. QNE Software etc is an added advantage.
