Operational Excellence:• Oversee order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment on marketplace and ecommerce platforms.• Provide professional and timely customer support through online chat, WhatsApp, and email to ensure an exceptional customer experience.• Manage operational tasks within defined Standard Operating Procedures.2. Sales Planning and Execution:• Plan and execute promotion plan across various platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Pandamart etc) to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.• Analyse and report on sales and product performance, acquisition performance, and identify sources for growth.3. Marketing Strategies:• Utilize seller tools for promotions and customer outreach, employing performance marketing and content marketing skills to maximize store traffic and conversion rates.• Engage in marketplace campaigns, paid marketing solutions, and collaboration with content creators for effective product promotion.4.
