Job description: Job SummaryTo upkeep the standard of Interior Design of tenancy lots by reviewing and commenting on tenant's design submissionTo establish guideline for tenancy design's Interior Design (ID) as well as Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) standard requirements and submission procedures To ensure contractors adhere to the rules and regulation of Mall/Townships throughout the Fit Out process Key ResponsibilitiesReview design drawings submitted by Tenants and provide comments and feedback.To liaise and coordinate with other departments for issues/problems related to Fit Outs.To handover premises and conduct site inspections to ensure Fit Out progress on schedule and as per approved submission.To assist contractors in solving site issues during Fit Out progress.To implement and conduct regular reviews on the Fit Out Manual and Guideline to maintain the standard of Fit Out across all projects.Provide retail ID design directions of each project.To upkeep and verify record of Landlord Provisions.Provides weekly summary of Fit Out progressTo advise and check feasibility on Architectural reconfiguration work and M&E upgrading matters.To provide estimated cost for feasible reconfiguration and upgrading works.To liaise with consultants for matters related to Tenancy Fit Out QualificationsMinimum Degree in Interior Design, Quantity Surveyor or related fieldAt least 3 years experience in Retail Fit Out industry Skills & AbilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong Communication and coordination skills to communicate with internal teams, contractors and tenantsAble to meet deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervisionMicrosoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and TeamAutoCAD/ Photoshop
