Job description:Job SummaryThis SE will focus, review and manage ESG and Sustainability aspects related to the Urban Planning & Landscape Design for Silicon Island Masterplan. He/she must be knowledgeable in Low Carbon Design & Policies, ESG, UNSDG & implementation, Biodiversity application, Placemaking and Activation Key Responsibilities1.    Responsible to focus, review and manage ESG and Sustainability aspects and federal policies & legislation related to the Urban Planning & Design for Silicon Island2.    In charge of Landscape Masterplan, Urban Design Policy & Smart City applications3.    Knowledgeable in Low Carbon Design & Policies, ESG, UNSDG & implementation, Biodiversity application, Placemaking and Activation    4.    To manage the overall coordination of master plan design & scope with all stakeholders : Consultants, internal departments and government agencies5.    To monitor & manage the submission & approval processes to be on timely manner6.    Able to manage and troubleshoot issues and find solution to project/ design processes or approval issues7.    Able to coordinate and manage the project communication with all stakeholders8.    Coordinate the plot development and infrastructure interface with internal and external stakeholders9.    Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.10.    To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company QualificationsBachelor Degree in Urban/Town Planning, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Studies or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in relevant field. Skills & AbilitiesCompetent in Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and basic AutoCAD skills.Competent in spoken & written English.Competent in design capabilities.Highly initiative Expected Minimum Years of Experience3 - 5 years relevant experience.Profile description:Silicon Island Development Sdn Bhd (SIDSB) is a joint venture made up of the Penang Government's special purpose vehicle Penang Infrastructure Corporation (PIC) and the project delivery partner SRS Consortium Sdn Bhd (SRS). SIDSB's role as project developer (PD) includes hiring and maintaining an adequately staffed and competent and skilled project team to fulfil its obligations in the Project Development Agreement, which is the reclamation and development of Island A.
