Senior Executive Of Consolidation

Job Description: Manage and prepare accurate group's consolidated financial reporting for timely submission.  Responsible for cashflow & treasury reporting, budgeting, and regular reporting submission of subsidiary companies.  Support on projects/initiatives including MFRS accounting standard (existing and new developments) and regulatory reporting exercise.  Support on implementation of new accounting standards and accounting processes and new consolidation system.  Prepare Financial Planning and Analysis.  Job Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related field.  Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Compliance, or general reporting exposure.  Tactical and process-oriented problem solving.  Experience in leading team members on activities such as as-is process and maturity assessment, technology evaluation, opportunity identification, business case and roadmap creation and implementation of recommendations.  Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
