Senior Executive, Sustainability

Job Responsibilities: Engage and assist internal stakeholders and appropriate technical experts (external consultant) to manage and implement sustainability projects and programmes. Provide advice and support to Business Units towards establishing targets, goals, initiatives and roadmap for sustainability projects and programmes that improve the environmental, social and financial performance of the Group. Perform sustainability and materiality assessment to prioritize initiatives, develop budgets and timelines for project implementation and lead project implementation in accordance with company-wide budget planning and strategic planning calendar. Assist in the process of planning and initiation of the annual sustainability report which includes coordinating data collection and develop content for sustainability related reporting. Develop evidence-based, and infographic summaries of sustainability performance analysis for both internal and external audiences. Work with cross-functional team to ensure achievement of sustainability performance for business operations. Identify opportunities for strategic collaboration with external parties to improve organizational sustainability performance, employee awareness and embed sustainability practices in business operations. Job Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Sustainability, Strategic Risk Management, Risk Control, Marketing or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience. Excellent communication skill and presentation skills. Able to interact in a professional manner with both external and internal parties. Possess sustainability knowledge of current industry best practice, possibly through membership of professional body and/or special interest groups.
