Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities:
Daily bank reconciliation
Registration for trucks on a timely manner
Review of credit assessment to be completed on a timely manner
Accuracy & timely recording of customer's collection
Timely distribution of debtor aging report to sales/branch manager for all the outlets for Hap Seng Trucks
Ensure timely submission on sales executive commission assessment/in-house sales agent commission assessment report to HR
Accuracy & timely issuance of credit notes
Refund to customer properly supported
Balance sheet account reconciliation completed on a timely manner
Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned

Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics field
Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
Outstanding communication and team management skills
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
