In this Role, youll get to·Provideoperational support for local Business Development (BD) team and hotel partners·Support theBD team to help troubleshoot and investigate issues based on internal andexternal and serve aconsultant to internal, cross-functional stakeholders. ·Work closely with MarketDirector to develop business plans and share insight for partner growth.·Support the Country Leader and BD team in data analyzing of different projects and KPIfactors.·Responsiblefor the local BD trainingWhat you'll Need to Succeed· Bachelor of Business in Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant fields·Min. 3 years of experience in Online Travel Agency (OTA) or hospitality industry ·Strongcommunication skills and data analyzing, experience of being proactive, makingconstructive suggestions to BD leader and team.·Ability totroubleshoot issues and effectively communicate complex topics.· Willing to travel· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Why Trip.com Group We offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
