Job Purpose Partner with GBU/REMS HSE teams to lead the implementation of HSE management system, processes, & programs in the region in compliance with TechnipFMC and Clients' requirements, relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and applicable regulatory requirements. Evaluate and continually improve the Global HSE management system, processes, & compliance programs for suitability & effectiveness to minimize HSE risks exposure and enhance HSE performance. Lead the activities/ programs/ initiatives that contribute to the achievement of Global HSE and HSE Management System & Compliance objectives and alignment strategies. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for management system & compliance related requirements specific to the sites in the region. Participate in the Global Environmental Network as the regional liaison for the Global Environmental programs/ initiatives. Reporting Lines and InteractionsHierarchically reports to: HSE Management System & Compliance Manager (for the region). Operationally reports to: HSE Management System & Compliance Manager (for the region). Directly supervises (operationally): No direct report. Key interactions (internally, externally): Internally: GBU/REMS teams; Region/Local Q&HSE teams; Shared Services teams (mainly QMS Compliance, Legal, and Facilities). Externally: Clients, Certifying/Statutory/Regulatory Bodies and Agencies; Q&HSE Resource Organizations/Groups, Suppliers. Job Scope Lead the HSE management system & compliance related activities and the management of HSE certifications in the region. Primary activities include providing HSE subject matter expertise, support, and guidance to the organization through assessing, establishing, implementing, and continually improving HSE systems, processes, and programs. Partner with GBU/REMS HSE teams to carry out activities to meet Customer, TechnipFMC, & regulatory compliance and support improving its effectiveness on a continual basis. No budget responsibility. ProfileMust have: Bachelor's Degree/ Tertiary Education in related discipline, or equivalent qualification. 5-8 years' work experience; with preferred: 5+ years HSE experience/exposure in projects (management system, compliance, processes, risk assessment, operational/ project execution). 5+ years in process improvement experience. 3+ years in supervisory/ leading team experience. 3+ years in Environmental experience (ESG/sustainability, environmental risk assessment, environmental management system, environmental compliance). HSE Lead Auditor (ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) from a recognized service provider. Track records of delivering impactful business results (e.g. improvement in cost, lead time, health, safety, environmental, quality and operational efficiency). Requires ability to simplify complex problems and achieve effective results. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships vertically and horizontally within the organization. Strong facilitation, networking, & communication skills. Demonstrate capability (i.e. experience) of leading cross-functional teams from different locations/ countries/ geographical areas. Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise knowledge & experience in the development & implementation of effective HSE management system, processes & compliance/ regulatory requirements in the project(s) or workplace(s). Expertise knowledge & experience in local HSE regulatory requirements. Expertise knowledge in ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 are essential. Fluent in written and spoken English. NEBOSH/ CSP/ CSHO or other equivalent HSE certifications/ qualifications. Added advantages: Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Fluent in other language(s), preferably the language used in the region. Main ResponsibilitiesGlobal HSE: Partner with GBU/REMS HSE to lead the implementation/ deployment of Global HSE management system & compliance related processes & programs to site(s) under his/her area of responsibilities. Lead the development and implementation of Global HSE management system & compliance related processes and procedures, including communication and training plans. Lead the Global/Regional/Local Network/Workgroup for HSE management system & compliance related improvement efforts. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HSE management system & compliance related requirements applicable for the sites in the region. Lead the communication on changes/updates to HSE management system standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and partner with GBU/REMS HSE team to ensure compliance for certified site(s) under his/her area of responsibilities. Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, & support to GBU/REMS HSE for a new site in the region to achieve compliance/certification to ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 standards, including withdrawal. Facilitate/lead interactions/communications with external entities (e.g. certifying bodies/ local authorities) and TechnipFMC with respect to HSE compliance requirements for site(s) under his/her area of responsibilities. In partnership with GBU/REMS Q/HSE Management, QMS Compliance and Procurement teams, lead the consolidation/ integration of Q/HSE management system certifications under his/her area of responsibilities in alignment with the Global Q/HSE certification strategy and service agreements. Support GBU/REMS HSE team to plan & conduct HSE internal audits/ assessments (as Lead or Internal Auditor/Assessor) for site(s) in the region as per agreed scope, schedule, & availability; including providing technical subject matter expertise to deploy relevant HSE compliance related processes/ programs to the needed sites. Lead the development of training program/ materials and provide expertise & training for HSE management system & compliance related competencies (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Lead/ Internal Auditor, compliance/ regulatory requirements, etc.) to site(s) under his/her area of responsibilities. Analyse & evaluate HSE management system & compliance related metrics/ data, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with GBU/REMS team to determine actions. HSE Compliance Super-User for Global HSE applications/tools, e.g. Intelex, ENVID, SDS, when assigned. Participate in Environmental Network as the regional liaison for the Global Environmental programs/ initiatives. May be requested to lead/participate in the HSE programs/ campaigns/ activities organized in the location where the employee is based in, e.g. local HSE improvement projects, Take 5 Day, World Health Day, etc. Site-Specific HSE Support (Asia, Australia, Middle East): Lead the development and maintain regional HSE compliance related procedures & processes for site(s) under his/her area of responsibilities. Facilitate and coordinate inputs for regional multi-sites Q/HSE management review for site(s) under his/her area of responsibilities. May be requested to provide expertise & support to HSE external audits (e.g. compliance/ certification/ customer audits) as per agreed scope, schedule, & availability. Provide regional HSE management system and compliance related information to support tender/project requirements (e.g. questionnaires, procedures, audits, certifications, statistics).
