- Prepare ingredients for dishes following instruction by management

- Assist Head Chef in plating up food attractively for every dining customer

- Monitor stock levels of basic ingredients and advice Head Chef when purchasing is required

- Assist in setting up utensil and cutlery

- Assist chef in preparation of dishes according to restaurant standard & SOP

- In Head Chef absence, provide simple meals to make sure operating as usual

- Monitoring in stock accuracy and take good care of stock

- To ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment

- Posses minimum level food supplies are store properly and used resourcefully

- Order and check food deliveries

- Assist and support any other duties assigned by manager/supervisor/head chef (Unit 1.09, Plaza Menjalara, No.1 Jalan Menjalara Idaman, Bandar Sri Menjalara, Kepong., 52200 Kuala Lumpur)
