RESPONSIBILITIESTeaching & LearningUndertake teaching and teaching related duties such as design, preparation and development of teaching materials conduct classes/lectures for bothtutorials and practical's consultation with students, invigilation, marking and assessmentParticipate and contribute to high quality programme and curriculum developmentPlan and implement teaching strategies to optimize student learning as well as to motivate themEstablish and maintain high standards of teaching and effective learning to meet the College's teaching and learning expectationsAdministration and Other ActivitiesUndertake and contribute to administrative responsibilities such as attending departmental meetings, participate in committees and working groups within the Department and SchoolParticipate in continuous relevant professional activitiesAssist in establishing linkages with external organizations/ professional bodies in academic related mattersREQUIREMENTSPossess aMaster Degree in Sciencefrom a recognized universityDemonstrated links to relevant external organizations and/or the professionExperience working in higher education environment and a track record of teaching and coaching experience, and experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in the facilitation of teaching and learning
