Senior M&E Engineer

·       Report to company management and oversee M&E activities as assigned. ·       Attend discussions with clients, authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders regarding M&E matters. ·       Attend all site and technical meetings, and report any non-conformance of works. ·       Oversee construction works at the site, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. ·       Review documents submitted by subcontractors and ensure compliance with procedures. ·       Implement quality control procedures at the site to maintain high standards of workmanship. ·       Ensure all documentation is in place, regularly updated, and organized systematically. ·       Ensure all technical documents required for construction, such as materials, method statements, and drawings, are prepared and available. ·        Handle other M&E-related matters as assigned by the Project Director.   ·       Installation & Construction ·       Execute and coordinate M&E works ·       Supervise daily construction process to be carried out in accordance to requirement and meet the required standard   ·       Regulatory Compliance       Ensure proper work procedure is followed and comply with ISO requirements.   ·       Client Communication  ·       Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and address their concerns. ·       Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions to provide updates on M&E engineering aspects of projects. ·       Carry out consultations with local authorities and agencies. ·       Ability to manage project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties to ensure the project is executed successfully till completion. ·       Any other duties as assigned but not limited to the above.     Job Requirements: ·       Minimum 8 years of professional experience of which at least 3 years in engineering consultancy carrying out detailed design, project management and supervision in building engineering services.   ·       Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. ·       Ability to work under pressure and under tight schedule.  ·       Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment ·       Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience ·       Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
