Job Description

- Leadership and guidance to develop a strong FP&A team to support the business strategies of the group.
- Provide leadership and guidance to FP&A team and develop a strong analytic team to support the business strategies of the group.
- Engage business heads in translating business goals into actionable plans and KPIs and provide analysis insight in driving business growth and profitability.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in business processes through re-engineering, streamlining and automation and enhancing the internal controls.
- Responsible for the analysis of key performance variances and qualitative non-conformance costs and engage key stakeholders to close the gaps.
- Responsible for the preparation of a robust annual budget that clearly outline the key performance drivers and assumptions.
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial forecast, LE (Latest Estimates P&L for the remaining period of the year) and evolve action plans in collaboration with cross functional teams to close performance gaps.
- Responsible for feasibility study on new Capex or projects
- Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the financial analysis reports which will be used for decision making.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- CIMA, ACCA, Degree in Finance / Accounting or similar professional qualifications
- Experience: 10years working experience in the commercial sector
- Willing to be based in Lumut, Perak
