Senior Manager Operations Planning & Controlling

Job description In your new role you will: Coordinate weekly Production Program (PP) capacity / demand confirmation with the BE segments and Business Divisions. Follow up and close open action items related to capacity and demand commits Become partner in monthly / quarterly Biz Scenario capacity confirmation process with BE segments, Operations Planning and Business Divisions As a partner in monthly subcon forecast alignment meetings and discussions with Operations Planning, Segment and Purchasing subcon team Develop and document planning processes and methods Drive projects for standardization in planning process / procedures Involve in Cluster wide alignment and optimization of capacities Monitor and report critical ramp up packages delivery performance Responsible for identification and development of productivity / optimization measures to improve performance within PP period Required to have understanding of oneSAP Production Scheduling (PS) and Detail Scheduling (DS) , develop and document process standardization based on new oneSAP PS and DS. Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree of Business Administration / Manufacturing Engineering / Economics / Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course Minimum 8 years of working experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry Minimum 5 years of managerial experiences in related field Good knowledge in planning resources (headcount, equipment, area) for manufacturing Good knowledge of Infineon Supply Chain systems and tools. Knowledge in SAP environment is added advantage. Knowledge in Production Planning, Lot Scheduling and Dispatching Knowledge in preparing business case scenarios for investment Knowledge of Industrial Engineering Practices Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to anticipate issue s, challenges as well as resolving them quickly Strong behavior to strive for excellence and excellent attitude to team up for best results
