Senior Manager Project Management

Job description

In your new role you will:

- Compliance to budget through optimize use of resources, scheduled or ahead of timeline and take immediate corrective actions to resolve abnormalities.
- Project management, continuously optimize and adapt business processes/procedures in order to ensure product quality, time to market cycle time to improve productivity and resource
- Motivate, grow & evaluate team performance and provide guidelines pertaining to daily functions, plan career path for staff, in order to retain and develop staff for the long term so as to enhance business met and meet corporate objectives.
- Maintain good alignment with DEV, DIV and business units to ensure smooth running of projects including handover and sustaining.
- In depth project risk & pipeline management in order to ensure high package quality and personnel efficiency
- Analyze, review and coach subordinates, participate in meetings and liaise with business partners for project alignment, in order to keep management informed of progress and ensure a smooth project execution. Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Work experience (min 5 years) in semiconductor industry (BE Assembly/Test )
- Functional knowledge in Project Management
- Technical knowledge (Electrical / Electronic / Manufacturing)
- Good command in English language, skillful in Excel, Power Point presentation
- Soft skill in people management, engagement, communication, negotiation.
