Job Description
Job Descriptions:
? Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company
objectives
? Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
? Overseeing the company's marketing budget
? Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing
? Implement sales & marketing plans and strategies for existing and new
projects and analyse the effectiveness of sales & marketing activities.
? Strategize, plan, develop and execute marketing programmes / strategies
such as direct mailings, social media campaigns, EDM, exhibitions and corporate
ant publicity events.
? Formulate, implement and update corporate branding.
? Liaise with authorities and ensure advertising license permit is active and
monitored regularly.
? Oversee all sales, marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the
property development division, focussing on projects on hand.
? Ensures preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit,
leaflets, banners, video talks before sales launch
? Providing sales back-up support
? Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior
Job Requirements:
? Candidates must possess at least SPM, ?O? Level and above, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor?s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
? Preferably Senior Executives/Managers specialized in Property / Real Estate or equivalent
? Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
? High proficiency in Mandarin writing and speaking, both are required for the job.
? Preferably with at least 5 years working experience with China Company in property development or real estate industry
? Has a strong understanding of customer and marketing dynamics as well as
property requirements.
? Able to participate at Sales Events including road shows which may be held
during weekends and/or public holidays.
? Ability to travel to project Sites for meeting and other promotional activities is
required.
