Senior Officer, Ecommerce Customer Service

Responsibilities-Managing customer support via phone, email and online chat in a professional manner-Key liaison with internal stakeholders (Logistics, eCommerce and Finance) to ensure timely communication-Maintain high store ratings and excellent reviews on eCommerce stores through excellent customer service-Maintain good relationship and positive engagement with brands-Manage the online channels on a day-to-day basis-Assist with order management and processing-Assist with day-to-day operation-Assist with monthly reporting to management
Requirements-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.-Basic understanding of E-commerce ecosystem.-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office-Basic knowledge in eCommerce channel management-Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills-Highly customer-oriented
