Senior Operation Executive

Job ResponsibilityFacilitate cross-departmental communication and monitor project progression and delivery.Continuously collect new guild contacts and leads, assist BD staff in onboarding new guilds.Communicate with both new and existing guilds, effectively convey and interpret platform policies and activities.Promptly address and respond to guild issues and demands.Drive guilds to achieve revenue targets.Job RequirementsProficiency in both English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).Strong analytical skills.Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Outgoing personality, proactive communication, sense of responsibility, strong ownership, and adaptability.Strong self-motivation and a deep desire to achieve professional success.Excellent comprehension skills to ensure clear communication and interpretation of platform policies to guilds.Experience in live streaming platforms, B2B, and sales experience will be preferred, but candidates with no work experience are also welcome.Job BenifitsTransportation AllowanceMeal AllowanceAfternoon TeaTeam BuildingBirthday GiftInsuranceAnnual Leave
