Using a deeper understanding of client objectives, constraints, market, environment and aspirations, we enhance efficiency, productivity and sustainability.We are currently seeking a Senior Pipeline Draftsperson to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.About The JobWorking on concept selection, FEED and details design / EPIC projects in conjunction with other disciplines in the company Main Accountabilities: Works closely with discipline anger / lead or project engineers/designers and other discipline engineers in the delivery of pipeline drawings Manges the pipeline drafting team and ensures consistent world load and assigns responsibilities to the team and identify trainings. Identify and develop new techniques to improve efficiency and productivity of the team. Coordinate / interface with global offices and clients and project teams for pipeline design / drafting works. Maintain standard drawing templates and implement strict QAQC practices as per group quality standards / procedures. Provides quality assurance reviews and detailed checking support. Participate in quality audits and address the issues raised in the audits. Maintain and monitor drawing development progress. Meet project commitments and deliver to schedule. Identify and implement process improvement to reduce cycle time and cost. About YouQualifications & Experience: Should have academic qualification of Diploma (Polytechnic) Should have minimum 10yrs. experience in offshore pipeline design / drafting work and should have led or in a key role for at least 2major pipeline FEED or detailed design projects, experience in onshore pipeline and subsea projects is added advantage. should have hands on experience in AUTOCAD 2D & 3D for pipeline drawings, exposure to Inventor and GIS is preferable. Should have fluency in English and good communication skills. Required Competencies:The job holder must have proven: Good computer literacy with particular competence in MS office software. Full command of English language. Capable of self motivation and setting own work agenda on small fast track projects to meet schedule.
