Job Description Product Development Develop category strategies through new product development/ maintenance of current range in alignment of company's direction for business growth. Manage product development process from ideation to product commercialization successfully as per company's SOP. Experience in costing negotiation/calculation, pricing benchmarking regulatory compliance and requirements, identifying market trend, supplier management, conceptualise and develop new products to meet business objectives. Product Management Review, monitor and analyse sales performance and inventory management of current and new product/brands. Plan for monthly promotions & campaigns, liaising with suppliers and inter department within the company. Execute monthly promotion plan including preparing the promo list, forecast quantity, promo mechanics and costing. Evaluate progress of projects plan to determine whether overall command-wide objectives are being accomplished economically with reference to budget and manpower. Lead, manage and coordinate all marketing related activities and tasks with other key stakeholders from other departments. Develop budgets and establish cost-reduction initiatives on current existing products to maintain healthier product margin. Able to deliver training or sales briefs to relevant parties. Develop and lead talents within team. Requirements Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of related work experience and experience in leading a team. Excellent command of English and/ or Mandarin Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player. Well-organized, articulate, have an eye for details, resourceful, hands-on and results-oriented. Analytical with fine attention to details and accuracy Strong marketing sense-understanding of marketing theory & practice, knowledge dynamics, and sales Consumer understanding: market trends, consumer behaviour, competitor intelligence Self-motivated and good time management plus a result-focused person who can work within tight deadlines. Preferably with working experience in beauty/ personal care/ skincare/ fragrance/ cosmetics, R&D and worked in product development and ability to understand formulation/ product ingredients.
