Job Description Responsible for achieving individual monthly/annual sales target, execute key promotional plans with healthcare professionals and account receivables objectives. Proactively manage and build relationships with hospitals, KOLs and HCPs and provide good after sales service. Ensure product knowledge is up to date. Increase market share. Responsible for direct sales related activities to hospital-based healthcare professionals. Develop and implement programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities. Plan, schedule, organize and control daily tasks, functions and duties so as to yield maximum sales results as required. Qualifications Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Selling skills Presentation skills Knowledge in life sciences is an added advantage Basic Requirements: Sales-driven, results-oriented with a high degree of self- motivation Good interpersonal and communication skills Possess own transport with valid license Willing to travel and work independently. Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field Above 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience or any sales-related capacity. Experience in hospital selling environment would be an added advantage. Team player with good working attitude.
