As a Senior Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals. This position requires a sales professional with Obstetrics & Gynaecology experience especially in government hospital setting. Understanding of current treatment, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Product Knowledge Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our products. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to healthcare professionals. Workshops and Continuing Medical Education (CME) Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and CME events to educate healthcare professionals from time to time. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Market Analysis Has extensive knowledge on government hospital policies. Stay abreast on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats, providing valuable input for product development and marketing strategies. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and other healthcare facilities. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Reporting and Forecasting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in any science related field (preference), Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience in hospital coverage. Proven experience as a successful senior product specialist, with a focus on pharmaceutical sales. Strong understanding of disease management, procedures and the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
