Senior Project Engineer

Our client is a certified company who provides Integrated Manufacturing Services through subcontracting or customized concept in the manufacturing of parts and components. They are specialized in manufacturing of highly performance engineering plastics.

Job Descriptions :

- To lead on NPEA meeting and comply workable ideas from Tooling, Engineering & Production team before prepare MCDP to customer.
- To attend Capability Review Meeting conducted by Business Development Department on overview new project on Tooling & Engineering Capability Review.
- Lead, coordinates process improvement activities such as Root Cause Analysis, Measurement system analysis (Gage R&R) and Process Capabilities Analysis (SPC).
- To perform evaluation of new or existing mould, new product and machines: anticipate specific problem from machine, process, mould or material
- To prepare relevant ISO documents and conduct training on new parts to all categories of manufacturing personnel
- To ensure new mould and relevant engineering documents are in optimal and fully implement as Project Check Sheet before project hand over to Production
- To contribute ideas for project further improvement, include optimized cycle time with high efficiency output, control production rejection rate & save manufacturing cost
- To establish standard documents and procedure manual

Job Requirements :

- Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering / Polymer Science / Tools & Dies from recognised Institute.
- Preferably with 3 years experiences in new project co-ordinator & development in injection moulding industry.
