Shortlisted candidates will be notified. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and develop the department’s resources with the goal of meeting or exceeding all deadlines and expectations. Develop new innovative products. Manage the new concept development and production scale up process. Accurately maintain R&D project records, proactively providing status reports as required. Collaborate with Operations to achieve project objectives. Approve Labels to ensure compliance with regulations. Liaise with suppliers for new products and ingredients. Source new ingredients to aid in the innovation process. Review and sign-off specifications Identifies and advances quality and process improvement opportunities. Lead and mentor direct reports while providing developmental opportunities when available. Check and confirm color matching for production line JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Polymer and Material Science. 8 year’ experience in Polymer/Plastic industry with experience in managing a R&D team Polymer formulation knowledge is required. Have color matching knowledge. Strong technical, analytical, problem solving project management skills are advantage. Good spoken and written in English REGISTER BACK
