Here's what you would be doing at UiPath:
Review features and capabilities of UiPath products and services with customers and partners in context of specific use case(s) and problem statement(s)
Gather and document detailed customer requirements to define the scope of work, including effort estimation, completion timeline and risk mitigation
Assist sales with developing formal proposal and/or statement of work for professional services
Architect and document the solution, taking into account customer and third-party systems and solutions as required
Provide RPA business analysis and design expertise and support, including process discovery and assessment workshops to shape best-fit RPA solutions
Develop/review automation business cases to optimize promise-to-delivery ratio and create automation pipeline to accelerate RPA adoption and live bot count
Develop and/or review business requirements documents (BRD), process definition documents (PDD) and assist in solution design documents (SDD)
Deliver process automations in onsite and remote Client engagements to drive successful adoption and increase consumption of UiPath products
Provide coaching and on-the-job training to understudies (internal and external)
Design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows and create reusable components.
Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
Thoroughly test packages in the environment it will be hosted in or supported deployment environments, with responsibility for overall testing cycle.
Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation product.
Problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
Provide practical and hands-on technical training on UiPath products and best practices to internal and external audiences (IT and business).
Work closely with the product team to suggest improvements of core functionalities and adding external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem.
Learn, enthuse, apply and utilize new exciting technologies – both UiPath full range of products and third-party solutions – and how they integrate with UiPath.
Obtain UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification within 3 months (mandatory), including completion of all relevant UiPath Academy courses.
Here's what you'll bring to our team:
Graduates in Computer Science with 5 to 8 years of experience in object-oriented programming and software solution design and architecture
Proven track record and success in solution pre-sales, design and implementation of business applications and/or enterprise systems including IT infrastructure, within an IT professional services, systems integrator or cloud services company serving enterprise customers
Demonstrable system architecture skills, customer handling skills and the ability to work with or provide leadership to distributed regional/global teams in design, production and implementation of technical solution(s) for a customer(s)
Strong communicator, active listener, good presenter, proposal writer, data integrator and overall organizer, ideally with both sales and delivery background
Exceptional ability to analyse complex requirements and define technical and functional advanced solutions
Advanced skills in analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts.
Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services/ Rest API, etc., as well as of RDBMS and open source DB.
Proven hands-on experience on developing automation solutions using UiPath with prior background in Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Kofax and/or OpenSpan is a strong advantage
Fluent native written and spoken proficiency of Mandarin/Bahasa is mandatory with business proficiency in English.
Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.
Strong experience in software delivery using AGILE methodology.
Possess UiPath Advanced Certification and/or mandatory to obtain within 3 months of joining.
UiPath Certified Professionals (UCP) preferred
Excellent individual performer and team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Willing and able to travel 50% or more (domestic, regional and international), post-COVID19.
