Senior Smt Process Engineer

Job Description Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Bachelor or higher in Electronics, Mechanical or similar majoring.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Preferably Process Engineer specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
Candidate will act as a Process Engineer for this job position.
Good command of English.
Familiar with foreign company.
Management skills,good works attitude, team works and positive thinking.
Responsibilities
Provide SMT process instruction for manufacturing.
Provide DFM report.
Good skills set of stencil design, pallet design.
Good experience of wave soldering, selective wave soldering, underfill, glob top, press fit, PCBA cleaning.
Handle process improvement for ultimate yield & quality, less scrap and cycle time.
Conduct engineering change and evaluation.
Transfer new products, process, tooling, equipment and technology.
Communicate effectively with customer in technical problem and development.
Coordinate with other person concerning process activities.
Provide accurate data/report or recommendation to higher management if required.
Develop subordinates for better knowledge and working abilities.
Prepare presentation package to management.
Know your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
Perform related work as assigned.
