Senior Software Engineer

Job ResponsibilitySoftwareOversee the design, development, implementation, troubleshoot and support of computer systems, servers and data centre.Establish and manage access control for all systems (servers & applications).Monitor, diagnose, troubleshooting issues related to server operation and servers and storage performance.Knowledge of several computer programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScriptFamiliar with ERP or SAP systemProficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software DevelopmentExperience in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Experience in software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.HardwareProviding support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.Monitoring and performing on-going maintenance on servers and network equipment.Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Installing and configuring hardware and software components.Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.Establishing good relationships with all colleagues and vendor.Managing technical documentation.Assisting with installation of Ethernet and network cabling as well as various network or security systems.Perform other reasonable tasks and assist in support matters as assigned by superiors.Job RequirementsLanguage: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (verbal and written) will be an advantage and required to work with the China Team.Degree holder or Master in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration or equivalent technical roles.Able to travel to China for 6-9 months of trainingJob BenifitsPersonal DevelopmentTraining Provided
