In your new role you will: 1. Site Fixed Asset Management: ensure compliance of asset management guideline ensure completeness of fixed asset tagging responsible on asset retirements/disposal/impairment process organized and perform fixed asset physical sighting and reconciliation on discrepancies 2. Supporting Site Treasury Operation: monitoring and arrange BG application payment arrangement treasury administration 3. Employee Claim system: processing employees' travel claim and employees' expenses reimbursement supporting feedback on employees' queries 4. Others ad-hoc support: Authority reporting submission internal & external audit and internal control processes Site insurance data submission assignment related to Finance Department function You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Professional Qualification in Accountancy. Minimum 3 years working experience in related field, preferably with audit background/ having manufacturing industry experience. Well versed in accounting systems and processes. Knowledge in SAP, especially FICO module would be an added advantage. Preferably high level of Excel expertise including graph charting and data extraction. A team player, possess strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
