Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention. Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps Participation in providing training to customers as required. Required experienced of 3-5 years for this roleResponsibilities:Candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science, Business or in any discipline.Minimum 3+ years of experience on SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online, or in the related field is required for this position.At least 3 to 5 years of hands on development experience related to SharePoint.Experience in SharePoint installation, SharePoint Central Administration, and SharePoint patching.Knowledge in Powershell scripting, .NET scripting and SharePoint custom feature development.Knowledge in SharePoint serversStrong troubleshooting skills.Good communication and analytical skills.Strong business acumen, and able to provide solutions for business requirements.Possess strong consulting and analytical skillsExcellent in both spoken and written English.
