In your new role you will:Lead Process Integration engineers from various technologies in Device Process Control Monitoring (PCM) stability and capability index (Cpk) improvement.Set up overall PCM Cpk Key Performance Index (KPI) monitoring and responsible for regular PCM Cpk reporting for Management Review.Organize and lead overall technologies PCM Process Stability Review (PSR)Drive prompt investigation and provide fast feedback to production line in case of PCM trend deviation/drift.Site Representative of PCM Wafer Acceptance Test Business Process for Kulim Fab. Close collaboration with business process owner and other Infineon FE-site representatives on PCM business process update.Ensure PCM lot disposition and monitoring methods in compliance to Global Business Processes.Set up and monitor the PCM Auto Lot Release Rate (PCM ARR) and drive for PCM ARR improvementOrganize and moderate complex PCM lot disposition with key device experts utilizing prove-to-ship concept.Lead the setup/maintenance of PCM monitoring charts in the data/ trend control system/auto lot release system (eg.
