In your new role you will: Extensive technical knowledge of assigned area in Frontend or Backend. Troubleshoot equipment failures, implement corrective action & preventive actions. Responsible for start-up until RFP (release for production) of new or transferred used equipment to support production ramp. Work together with process engineer to resolve quality issue. You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree/Master in Engineering. Approximately 6+ years of semiconductor industry. Strong knowledge of functional area, team, process, equipment supplier / customer process. Business knowledge is more strategic for the organization. Knowledge of own function's contributions to achieving business objectives. Daily communication with team, management, and other individuals in other areas locally. Interpersonal skills to communicate and translate knowledge with high technical and complex information locally & globally.
