Ensure systematic troubleshooting methodology and good workmanship for repair and refurbishment job. Ensure proper maintenance change management execution via FMEA and PCRB process to achieve maintenance productivity improvement. Ensure equipment MTTR and M-ratio target achieve. Lead team to achieve IFKM productivity target by improve equipment maintenance cost. Mentor and coach for team on mechanical parts and services. You are best equipped for this task if you have: Willing to work in Kulim, Kedah 5 years working experienced in managing group of Maintenance staffs to achieve KPI. Master, Degree, Diploma in mechanical, electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent. Experienced in managing semiconductor electro mechanical equipment maintenance and workshop. Responsible for all PCK WBG equipment maintenance and sustaining. Source inspection PCK WBG equipment for source inspection. Responsible for SCCESTEF01 and Memert Ove, PCLFBOX16, PCLFBOX17, PCLCBOX18, PCLCBOX19 tool hook up and related activities. Experience change management equipment FMEA and PCRB process. Demonstrate good work man ship quality on semiconductor equipment maintenance. Skill – mentor, coach, robots axis calibration, knowledge on servo motor, electronics components troubleshooting, robot controllers troubleshooting.
