In your new role you will: Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a support, production or operations team (disciplinary leadership) Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors Accountable for the shift performance Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies and procedures, based on practice and precedent; receives closer guidance and oversight from manager It is a work task that requires decision-making and disposition latitude within the scope of the task You are best equipped for this task if you have: Min >5Yrs experience as line Supervisor Degree in any field Must work Morning/Night shift pattern Added advantages if have work experience in FAB environment.
