Senior Technical Engineer, Shah Alam (Up To 5K)

Job Descriptions:Install and maintain diverse heating, ventilation and air conditioning systemsPerform general and preventative maintenance for multiple brand chiller such as Carrier, Trane, York, Dunham Bush, Midea, Daikin and more.Able to diagnose and assess chiller condition using chiller log data.Ensure that all installations are done in accordance to the set standardsKnow how to operate multiple brands of chiller and troubleshooting of chiller problem.Must have comprehensive knowledge on HVAC system including chiller, pump, cooling tower, piping system, electrical panel and control.To plan and liaise with site PIC on contract chiller servicing and provide breakdown support.Lead team to overhaul compressor.To quote customer for all kind of chiller repair job.To arrange and lead servicing team to perform chiller repair job.To guide servicing team on chiller troubleshooting.Order any supplies or equipment needed for HVAC maintenance or installation as neededEnsure availability of all items needed for an HVAC projectRespond to emergency situations in order to resolve issues on an immediate basisHandle maintenance of tools and equipmentTo quote customer on chiller repair job.To handle new chiller testing and commissioning Job Requirements:Knowledge of HVAC systems and chiller systemAbility to read and interpret HVAC Documents, Plans and SpecificationsGood interpersonal skillsComputer literate with good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is a plus.Must have supervisory skills to plan, direct, organize, and control the activities of others with limited supervisionDecisive individual with a strong mechanical aptitudeGood organization skills a mustExperience in similar position for at least 4-5 years is a plusStrong leadership skillsStrong decision making skillsPossess superior communication skills necessary to successfully resolve customer complaints or concernsAbility of segregate job or task Interested candidates, kindly click "APPLY NOW" or send your latest resume to:Andre**********sit our corporate website: www.recruitexpress.com.my
